It is harvest time and we will be cooking up some of autumn’s bounty in the Phoenix Mill House. At this open-house program, enjoy samples of dishes cooked over the open hearth and learn about life in the 1830s. Dishes are prepared from period recipes using the kitchen equipment of the time. Some of the ingredients will be harvested from the mill house garden.
